Call for legislators to shut down surveillance, since 9/11

"On Halloween, I heard a male Caucasian military intelligence speech within the West wall of my bedroom tell me I was a predator for simply performing social science research within a virtual focus group setting," declared Ricardo Santiago Soto. "To fake an investigation with no justified reason is malice, especially when conducted for over 27 years. Ruining my reputation shows cowardice for capitalism and competition."

Ricardo has an upcoming sleep study, due to having severe sleep apnea caused by intelligence community surveillance on him who track his spinal cord, brain, whereabouts, anywhere and everywhere at any cost for no particular reason other than to be a public nuisance within a lawless manner.

Mr. Soto says many intelligence community members drop in and out via cyber technology, have vast knowledge of him, learn from his thought patterns, become inspired, and/or want to kill him within a team military operational effort.

This military operation believes they have authority over Ricardo Soto, due to a missing girl and woman from Vandenburg Village as reported within the press. These military intelligence operatives know Ricardo has been home each day and night, due to having no car and being disabled.
