Kids behaving badly with cyber technology

Buellton, Ca - November 7, 2025-- (Buellton, California) Today on 11/07, members of the intelligence community have been harassing me via cyber technology speech attempting a suicide.

"They make friends with you and then they plot to assassinate yourself," declared Ricardo Santiago Soto. "Law enforcement is corrupt with police-involved shootings, ICE raids, and unlawful wiretappings."

Ricardo has heard voices call him a mobster, and terrorist, while riding his spinal cord ever since his cousin was killed by law enforcement at 01:17 AM PST. Mr. Soto has been silenced by cyber technology since he spoke out at the Santa Maria City Council to fire chief of police Macagni who was forced out and/or resigned.

Ricardo Soto has been surveilled since 9/11 and has been awaiting for some sort of lawsuit to be serviced to him but nothing ever shows up.

"I hear a lot of chatter and cocky talk but no action by cyber technology by these military thugs," declared Ricardo Santiago Soto. "This military psychological warfare shows weakness, desperation, and its own psychological problems by those behind the cyber technology."

Ricardo says an agency should be created to counter it all, whether spy versus spy, and/or counter-counter-intelligence operations.
